Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales cycle from inbound lead to close, directly contributing to Transcom
- Consult with prospective members via zoom, phone and email about Transcom’s value proposition
- Be responsive to the needs of any prospective member, and act as their key point-of-contact and represent the mission, voice and brand of Transcom
- Maintain extensive knowledge of our products and services, and how they help our members
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to enhance our product offering to prospects
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales – ideally inside or phone sales, but candidates with retail, hospitality, or other forms of sales experience are encouraged to apply
- A consumer-first mindset, which means a commitment to ensuring that all leads have access to the information and resources that they need in order to make an informed decision about whether Allara is the right next step for them
- Familiarity with using a CRM sales system to input, track, and close leads
- Strong intrapersonal skills, including tangible patience and empathy which are demonstrated in writing, in person, over the phone or on video
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is a plus
